This page collects the notices that apply to JustClickAds and our advertising work. Have an attorney confirm it fits your situation.

We are not an insurance company or agency

JustClickAds is an advertising and lead generation service. We are not an insurance carrier, agency, broker or producer. We do not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, and nothing on this Site is an offer of insurance or insurance advice. Insurance products are offered only by licensed insurance professionals and carriers.

How we are paid

We are paid by our business clients through a management fee set out in each client's written agreement. We do not receive commissions on insurance policies sold. Clients pay advertising costs directly to the advertising platforms.

No guarantee of results

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Lead volume, cost per lead and sales outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, product, licensing, follow-up speed and many other factors. Any examples on this Site, or those we discuss in sales conversations, are illustrations and not promises of what you will achieve.

Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) notice

JustClickAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Social Security, HealthCare.gov or any government agency or state health insurance marketplace. Clients who advertise Medicare or ACA plans must follow CMS marketing rules, applicable state laws and platform policies, and must clearly describe who they are and which plans they represent. We do not offer plans and are not a licensed agent for any plan.

Advertising platforms

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC or any other platform. Facebook, Instagram, Meta and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Platform approval of ads is never guaranteed, and platforms may reject ads or restrict accounts at their discretion.

Consumer leads, consent and telemarketing

Lead forms on campaigns we manage should include clear consent language before a consumer is contacted by phone, text or email. Clients are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing laws, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the CRTC's unsolicited telecommunications rules and any applicable insurance regulations when contacting leads. Our consumer-facing landing pages link to a privacy notice and terms.

Testimonials and endorsements

If we publish testimonials or case studies, they reflect the experience of the individual client and are not a promise of typical results. We will disclose any material connection between us and the person giving the endorsement, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.

Not professional advice

Content on this Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, compliance or insurance advice. Consult your own advisors, and your state or provincial insurance regulator, about the rules that apply to you.

We aim to make this Site usable for everyone. If you have trouble using it, email [email protected] and we will help.
