Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
This policy explains how [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as JustClickAds ("JustClickAds", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit justclickads.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. We serve businesses in the United States and Canada.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to our Site and business contacts who communicate with us, such as insurance agents and agencies. It does not cover the consumers who fill out lead forms on advertising campaigns we run for clients. Those forms and landing pages carry their own privacy notice, and the client agency is generally responsible for how it uses those leads.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, licensed states, and anything else you include when you email, call or book a meeting with us.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit, through server logs and, if enabled, cookies and similar technologies.
- Business information: for clients, ad account access details, campaign data and billing information needed to deliver our services.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
- To manage billing, contracts and client communications.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and measure our own marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without notifying you and, where required, getting your consent.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels
We may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. These providers may collect information about your activity on the Site and use it under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payment and CRM providers, bound to use it only for our purposes.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) when you interact with our ads or when a pixel is installed.
- Professional advisors, and authorities when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
7. Your rights in the United States
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, access and receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general.
California: in the past 12 months we have not sold personal information for money. Use of advertising pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you can opt out by emailing us or by using the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
8. Your rights in Canada
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws (including Quebec's Law 25, Alberta's PIPA and British Columbia's PIPA), you may access and correct your personal information, withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual limits) and file a complaint with us or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, where it may be accessible to U.S. courts and authorities.
Commercial emails (CASL): we send marketing emails to Canadians only with consent, or where the law allows, and every message includes our contact information and a way to unsubscribe.
9. Marketing communications
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. For texts, reply STOP. We will still send necessary service messages to clients.
10. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Do Not Track
Browsers' Do Not Track signals have no common standard, so the Site does not respond to them, but we do honor Global Privacy Control where required.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
