1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of justclickads.com (the "Site"), operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as JustClickAds ("JustClickAds", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for businesses and users in the United States and Canada, and you must be at least 18.

2. What we do

JustClickAds is an advertising and lead generation service. We plan, build and manage online advertising campaigns, typically on Meta and Google, for insurance agents, agencies and related businesses. We are not an insurance carrier, agency, broker or producer, and we do not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, or give insurance, legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Our paid services are provided only under a written services agreement signed by you and us. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls for the services. Nothing on this Site is an offer that creates a binding contract until we both sign.

4. No guarantees

Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, budget, offer, licensing, response speed, sales skills, seasonality, competition, and the rules and algorithms of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, policies sold, revenue, cost per lead or return on ad spend.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Those platforms can reject ads, restrict or suspend accounts, and change their rules, pricing and features at any time. We are not responsible for such actions or for outages. You must comply with each platform's terms. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platform and is separate from our fees.

6. Client responsibilities

If you become a client, you are responsible for holding all required licenses and appointments, following insurance, advertising, telemarketing and privacy laws that apply to you, contacting leads lawfully (including do-not-call, TCPA and CASL requirements), accurately describing your products, and approving ad content that is run in your name.

7. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, introducing malicious code, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, logos and the JustClickAds name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view them for your personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google are trademarks of their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information on the Site is general and is not professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustClickAds and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes
